Policies and FAQ

Covid-19

The health and safety of our team and customers will always our first priority. Our stations are spaced out 6 feet apart for proper social distancing. We are sanitizing high touch areas and thoroughly disinfecting surfaces between each customer.

 

Masks are required at all times if you are not vaccinated. Please bring minimal items into salon with you. No additional guests will be allowed in during your appointment.

Consultations

Consultations are complimentary and required prior to color correction and extension services. Reach out to us for more information!

Cancellations

We require 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you fail to provide 48 hours notice when cancelling your appointment, you will be charged up to 100% of the service.

No-show

If you fail to show for your appointment without providing notice, a full service fee will be required to book any and all future appointments.

Late arrival

Stuck in traffic? We've been there too. Our salon has a 15-20 minute late window for all scheduled appointments. If you are unable to make it to your appointment within this window your appointment may cancelled and may result in a fee. Give us a heads up if you're running behind so we can figure out how to best serve you.

Pricing and negotiations

Prices quoted by your stylist are firm and non-negotiable.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept all credit and debit card payments, app payment, and cash in exact change
